FGN 60-Day Body Fat Burn Challenge

 

Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for and participating in the FGN 60-Day Body Fat Burn Challenge, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in fitness activities, exercise programs, body composition testing, and lifestyle changes involves inherent risks. These risks may include soreness, injury, illness, dizziness, dehydration, or other physical complications. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks involved.

Medical Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this challenge and understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if I have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless FGN Fitness, its owners, trainers, employees, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in the FGN 60-Day Body Fat Burn Challenge, including those resulting from negligence.

Body Composition Testing

I understand that body fat measurements are required for this challenge and that all measurements and results are final for determining challenge outcomes.

Trainer Guidance

I understand that any guidance provided by FGN Fitness trainers is for general fitness purposes only and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Media Release

I grant FGN Fitness permission to use photos or videos taken during the challenge for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on social media and the website.

Acknowledgment

I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver and agree to participate in the FGN 60-Day Body Fat Burn Challenge at my own risk.
