Service Description
This is a 30 minute cardio focused circuit that comprised of plyometric and some explosive movements. Come 10 minutes early to warm up and stretch. 
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please call, Text, email, message via website. If you are NO CALL/NO SHOW, you will be obligated to pay full price for service. Must reschedule at least 1 hour prior to app. Payment must be made before receiving any future services.
